If guest is dissatisfied with his/her service for any reason we will adjust the cut or color if it is scheduled within 10 days of original appointment.
Cancellation Policy
It is understandable that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hrs notice to give our stylists a chance to book in with another appointment.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a 50% of services scheduled charge and a No Show appointment will result in a 100% of services scheduled charge.
